watery style

This is hard to describe... but I really like this style where the foreground is crisp and detailed, while the background is very blurry, watery, and maybe a tiny bit distorted. Almost like you're looking through a microscope or spyglass. It's hard to find images that look exactly like what I'm thinking of, but here's kind of the feeling:
